球形壓力測(cè)試儀用于測(cè)試非金屬材料零件的耐熱性。它適用于電工設(shè)備及其子組件和部件，以及除陶瓷外的固體電絕緣材料。

球壓儀/測(cè)試儀是要求球（R2.5mm）和總測(cè)試力為20N±0.2N的球壓測(cè)試裝置，壓力等級(jí)的狀態(tài)，并放置在加熱室的表面進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

在規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)溫度下60分鐘+2分鐘/0分鐘后，將試驗(yàn)快速（<10秒）浸入20°C±5°C的水中冷卻6分鐘±2分鐘，在壓痕直徑測(cè)量試驗(yàn)內(nèi)從水面移開(kāi)3分鐘，由于壓痕直徑大于2mm，評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)規(guī)定的熱變形溫度。

Ball Pressure Apparatus

Application:

Ball pressure tester is used for testing parts of non-metallic materials for resistance to heat.It is applicable to electro technical equipment,its sub-assemblies and  components,and to solid electrical insulating materials except ceramics.

In this test,a conditioned specimen is placed on a preheated support and subjected to a force of 20n applied through a 5 mm steel ball.The test stand,specimen and loading device are then kept in an oven at an elevated temperature for an hour.After the hour,the loading device is removed from the sample,the sample is cooled and any indentation is measured.It is important to assure that the test stand has reached a stale elevated temperature as required by the test.For this reason,the ball pressure tester comes equipped with a thermocouple that inserts into the test stand so its temperature can be monitored..
